How to start a Lugaw Business

In the present day, what started as a modest lugaw business is now transforming into a more profitable and expansive enterprise. 

On this blog we are updating our lugaw business strategy. 

Starting Capital: PHP 1,000.00-5,000.00 

If you want to add a cart – 15,000.00 – 25,000.00 (Check out your local fb marketplace for secondhand)

What you will need:

1. A good recipe.

Saan makakahanap ng masarap na recipe? At home, ask your relatives and friends if they can share their recipe or simply search online. Maraming available recipe sa youtube. Mag taste test with friends or kamag anak para makuha ang tamang timpla. Experiment and add a twist on your version, also pwede naman mag simula and usual recipe, wag mag overthink. 

2. A good place

Maghanap ng magandang pwesto. Kung walang budget for rent, Mag simula sa labas ng bahay, make sure na ang labas ng bahay natin ay dinadaanan ng tao or may foot traffic. Kung may cart ka, pumwesto sa pinaka malapit na paaralan, maraming offices or labas ng ospital. 

3. The right time

Mas madalas mabenta ang lugaw tuwing breakfast, mag start ng maaga, lalo na kung naka pwesto ka sa mga schools or offices. Lalo na kung temporary or on the go cart lang tayo naka pwesto mas maaga mas mabuti. Kung may permanent location naman all the time mabenta ang lugaw.

Why lugaw?

Kasi perfect sa breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner pati na midnight snack. Perfect sa malamig na panahon or kahit mainit. At ito ay madaling ibenta. 

Malaki ang tubo, madaling gawin and small amount in capital. 

Make sure to be consistent sa pag gawa ng lugaw, para magkaroon ng maraming suki.

What you need to consider? 

1. Make sure you keep everything clean, considering na ang negosyo natin ay pagkain. Inquire to your nearest municipality/barangay to get a health and sanitary permit at iba pang permit na required. In preparation ng pag lago ng negosyo.  

2. Patience, wag mag madali, maging madiskarte at ang lugaw mo ngayon, hindi natin alam magiging multi milyong negosyo in the future. 

3. Don’t give up easily. Kaya nga nila, ikaw pa ba?
